<sup>Once upon a time, =KillMePleaseGod was feeling upset that there were no gift-giving events that seemed suiting to her. Being a not-very-ambitious person, she merely mentioned in her journal that she was upset that there were no Secret Santa events that included writers. Her watchers, who apparently think much of her, said that she should start one herself and that it would probably be very popular.

Being easily inspired, she poked into the idea, looking up and learning about many wonderful gift-exchange events and groups here on DA. Unfortunately, while they were all nice events, she still could find none that suited her. So, after much discussion with =LittleArtemis, she decided to make her own gift-exchange! Moreover, she decided to make one that would allow gift exchanges during all of the major holidays (and possibly in between), not just Christmas!</sup>
